Implements point-of-care diagnostics, evaluates care pathways and collects harmonised data across outreach settings in three countries.
WP3 – Stigma & Human Dignity
Assesses stigma using validated tools and deploys interventions to reduce discrimination and improve engagement in care.
WP4 – Standardisation & Quality Improvement
Creates a European-standard package for mobile liver health services, pilots it in three countries and refines it for EU-wide dissemination.
WP5 – Coordination, Management & Evaluation
Ensures scientific, administrative and financial coordination; supervises ethics, quality assurance, reporting and overall project governance.
