The MOBHOPE consortium brings together three experienced organisations working in viral hepatitis, HIV, STIs and community healthcare

Ares do Pinhal – ADP (Portugal) — A harm-reduction NGO with 35+ years’ experience supporting people who use drugs, migrants and socially excluded communities. ADP operates mobile and community services (rapid testing, tele-/decentralised hepatology consultations, addiction and mental-health support) and coordinates screening, referral and follow-up within Portuguese sites.

FIBHGM-UCM (Spain) — Madrid’s pioneering mobile screening unit will be coordinated in this project by the Fundación para la Investigación Biomédica del Hospital Gregorio Marañón (FIBHGM). It delivers low-threshold, street-level testing and linkage to care for viral hepatitis, HIV and STIs among homeless people, PWUD/PWID and other underserved groups, and leads the project’s clinical research, protocol design and data management.

Croatian Society for Liver Diseases “Hepatos” (Croatia) — A patient-focused organisation running the WHO-recognised Mobile InfoHep Centre (MIHC). Hepatos offers on-site HBV/HCV/HIV testing, FibroScan® liver assessment and immediate linkage to specialist care in community and prison settings, and leads national outreach, education and policy engagement.
Together, the consortium represents a blend of clinical expertise, public health leadership and frontline community engagement.
