Meet people in their communities, building trust and bringing hepatitis information and screening closer to those facing barriers to care.
EU4Health · European cooperation
We bring prevention, screening and connections to care closer to people facing barriers to healthcare. Our community work in Spain, Portugal and Croatia addresses viral hepatitis, HIV, other sexually transmitted infections and liver disease, with dignity and trust.

The project
MOBHOPE — Mobile Hepatitis Outreach and Prevention Effort — brings together teams in Spain, Portugal and Croatia to improve access to prevention, screening and care for viral hepatitis, HIV, other sexually transmitted infections and liver disease. Coordinated by the Fundación para la Investigación Biomédica del Hospital Gregorio Marañón (FIBHGM), the 36-month project runs from November 2025 to October 2028.
